Wyatt Earp, Frontier Marshal #28

This issue contains two stories. "Wyatt Earp's Mistake" involves Beamis, who mistakenly hires two outlaws named Roscoe Breen and Moguern to help him wreck a ship, intending to get folks down on the hired guns; when Wyatt discovers the error, he works to have them arrested and expelled from town. The second story, "A Wagon Load of Death," features action involving Swagger Simms being taken by marshals, with a bartender named Bellamy attempting to help free him during a saloon confrontation where gunfire erupts.
