Wyatt Earp confronts a man named Lupio at a saloon after hearing reports that Lupio is a tough customer. When Earp accuses Lupio of being a crook, Lupio attempts to frame him by claiming Earp drew first, but witnesses see through the deception and Earp is vindicated. Later, a criminal named Cunningham poses as a fake badman, executing a well-timed robbery at the express office while the manager's wife is distracted by his disguise, making off with stolen money before Earp can stop him.
