In the past, Ryker is called to a site in Canada where the Hulk has just battled a Wendigo and the Canadian secret agent known as Wolverine and he is able to get samples of his blood as Wolverine's claws were sharp enough to cut him. He uses the Hulk's blood to try and formulate a serum that will cure his wife of cancer but things go terribly wrong. In the present, the Gamma Corps works as a well-oiled machine as they battle the Hulk and Grey succeeds in snapping his neck.
