When a World War 2 pilot gains x-ray vision after a crash, he’s drawn into a life of crime—until a Grand Jury clears his name, setting off a chain of events that brings Batman, Robin, and Commissioner Gordon into a mystery involving a reformed villain, a shady agent, and a young woman caught in the crossfire.
