In World War II, Wolverine has been ordered to let Strucker go and kill Captain America and Bucky. He achieves the former but looks like a traitor for doing so and, in retaliation, Captain America gives Logan, what he calls, one of his "all time greatest beatings." Wolverine finishes reminiscing about his memories of Captain America and says a final goodbye to his fallen friend. Meanwhile, somebody hires Deadpool to kill Wolverine.
