Wolverine and Gambit are off to Japan to spring Jubilee who is being held by the authorities. Cylla is brought out of cybernetic hibernation and also sent to Japan. Worried that Wolverine is in town to mess up a deal he has cooking with Clan Yashida, Matsuo sends in the Hand. Wolverine battles Cylla. Gambit and Sunfire battle the Hand. And Jubilee battles Reiko who has been hired to kill her but she spares the young mutant's life when she learns that Jubilee is a good friend of Wolverine.
