Wolverine #20
In "And Then There Was War Part 1," Wolverine finds himself caught in a brutal clash between the Hand, led by Kingpin, and the yakuza under Takenaka, as tensions erupt in a city already teetering on chaos. With the dust still settling, a shocking act of violence from Sabretooth sends shockwaves through the already fractured situation, while Melita’s unexpected encounter with some of Wolverine’s past lovers adds a personal twist to the growing storm. Written by Jason Aaron and illustrated by Renato Guedes, with inks by Jose Wilson Magalhaes, colors by Matthew Wilson, and letters by Cory Petit, this issue’s cover by Renato Guedes captures the intensity of a world spiraling out of control.
