Logan tells Melita that he is moving back to New York. Before he leaves, however, he is forced to conclude his business as Black Dragon of San Francisco's Chinatown. Wolverine, Gorilla Man, Master Po and Yuen Ye head into the tunnels under San Francisco where a new gang is running drugs into the city using dragons as their means of transportation.
