Sara is investigating a case of young men brutally killing people in a ritualistic style when her path crosses that of Lady Death. The two discover that businessman Quentin Shaw has put the youngsters up to the murders in his attempts to summon a powerful demon -- which he does. The demon turns on Shaw and Sara has to combine the power of the Witchblade with Lady Death's mystic sword to bring the demon down.
