Waering takes down the Blood Queen but Dane, feeling a little betrayed to find out that his boss is actually a werewolf member of the Night Tribes, lets her go. The Wetworks team returns to their home base and voices in Mother-One's head begin to reveal to her how she came by her golden symbiote and Waering's role in her transformation. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is confronted by Lady Feign who is flanked by Flattop and Crossbones, two old teammates that they all believed to be dead.
