In "The Skid Row Monster," a desperate lawyer named Arthur Drake is pulled from the streets by a mysterious hooded figure claiming to be Vengeance—a demonic force manipulating the downtrodden. As the gang's crimes escalate, Drake begins to question the so-called supernatural power behind their leader, uncovering a chilling truth beneath the fear.
