# Warpath #1 An anthology issue featuring "The Brave One," a story about Bear Robe, a Cheyenne medicine man whose life centers on his son Running Horse. When Running Horse fails to return with the other hunters from a great buffalo hunt, Bear Robe's disappointment weighs heavily upon him. The hunters later return without the young brave, and Bear Robe learns that his son has gone to seek out the warrior Bloody Tomahawk to challenge him in single combat. In the challenge that follows, two brave warriors meet in a circle of combat, with the other braves observing the outcome of their fight.
