Wanted Comics #16

The criminal Jack Parisi is the subject of a police manhunt after his gang murders the devoted father and husband Irving Penn. Despite careful planning by Parisi and his associates to frame Penn's death on someone else, the plot unravels when their intended victim fails to keep an appointment at a barbershop, forcing the killers to make a fatal error that leads police to identify the real victim. Two gang members are quickly captured, while a third attempts to escape the city, but Parisi himself remains at large and dangerous. The issue concludes with an appeal to readers to aid police in capturing the desperate criminal who killed an innocent man.
