In "Crown of the Mayas," Scrooge, steamed over being denied entry to the Archeologists' Club, takes Donald and the nephews on a flight over the Yucatan, hoping to uncover ancient ruins that’ll finally earn him a spot. But when two disgruntled scoundrels—Slyviper and Foulcrook—catch up to them, they trap the ducks in a treacherous pool known as the "Well of Sacrifice," setting off a race to survive and outwit their rivals before the secrets of the ruins are lost.
