Published by Gemstone as part of their reprint series, it continues the legacy of the beloved duck comics from the 1950s and 1960s.
In "The Horse-Radish Story," Uncle Scrooge faces a peculiar challenge when Chisel McSue claims his ancestor broke a contract to deliver a cargo of horse radish, threatening Scrooge's fortune. With no choice, Scrooge sets out to find the sunken shipment and complete the long-lost delivery. Written, drawn, and inked by Carl Barks, with colors by Susan Daigle-Leach, this 2005 Gemstone issue brings classic Disney charm to a forgotten maritime mystery, all capped by a cover by Daniel Branca.
