Donald Duck takes his nephews Ole, Dole, and Doffen on a camping trip in the wilderness, where they quickly run afoul of a careless camper who recklessly handles cigarettes and a campfire. When the man accidentally sets the woods ablaze, he flees in Donald’s car, leaving the ducks trapped by the spreading flames. Forced to act fast, the ducks dig trenches and bury themselves to survive the inferno—only to face a new crisis when the fleeing camper blames them on the forest rangers.
