Donald and his nephews take a trip to the sea on their vacation, where Donald decides to do some skin diving. After being noticed by a scientist, Donald and his nephews are hired to explore the deepest area of the ocean, which Donald sent down in a diving bell to explore unknown areas and report his findings.
