Vampirella / Army of Darkness #4

Vampirella and Ash Williams stand back-to-back on this penultimate issue's cover, surrounded by skeletal deadites and a looming, ghoulish skull face against a crescent moon — two fearless monster-fighters who clearly have their hands full. Vampirella clutches a cracked skull while Ash grips his trusty chainsaw, and Tim Seeley's pencils and inks (colored by Vinicius Andrade) give the whole scene a moody, horror-tinged energy that suits this crossover beautifully. If you've been following this 2015 Dynamite series, issue #4 looks like a fittingly intense chapter to pick up.
