Lucio Parrillo's cover for this 2021 Dynamite issue places Vampirella at the center of a deeply unsettling tableau — her signature red costume dripping with what appears to be blood, while disembodied eyes and writhing tentacles surround her on all sides. She holds her ground with cool, predatory composure, green eyes steady despite the horrors crawling at her feet. Christopher Priest continues his "Interstellar Book Two 1969" storyline inside, with art by Szymon Kudranski and Ergün Gündüz bringing the interior pages to life.
