This collection from Fantagraphics gathers issues #7–12 of the original Usagi Yojimbo series, following Miyamoto Usagi as he travels a perilous road filled with ronin, bounty hunters, and supernatural threats. Along the way, he encounters allies like Tomoe Ame and the blind swordsman Zato-Ino, while facing the dark forces of Jei and the cunning Lord Noriyuki. The volume also includes a crossover with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, featuring Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo, as well as a guest appearance by Groo the Wanderer.
