Urbanus speciaal #10

This 2012 Standaard Uitgeverij special leans fully into its "In Het Meervoud" (In the Plural) theme, with the cover by Willy Linthout presenting a wonderfully chaotic mirror-image composition — the entire cast of familiar Urbanus characters duplicated and reflected, filling every corner in a riot of color and comic energy. Policemen, a young woman, portly supporting players, and the wild-haired Urbanus himself appear twice over on both halves of the symmetrical design, with speech bubbles promising stories, games, and "veel meer" (much more). It's a clever, visually playful package that delivers exactly what the title advertises — everything in abundance.
