Tomahawk is found guilty of attempting to assassinate General Washington and sentenced to hang. He realizes too late that he's been framed by his old enemy Lord Shilling, a master of disguise who has been serving as the prosecutor. Now Washington is truly in danger from a soldier close to him whom he believes to be a patriot but is secretly Lord Shilling.
