Scrooge McDuck clutches a black umbrella like a lifeline as falling boulders and sheets of flame close in around him, with Donald Duck and all three nephews pressed in on every side — a perfectly chaotic scene that captures the duck family's knack for finding trouble in spectacular fashion. Don Rosa's cover work crackles with energy and detail, right down to the ghostly faces lurking in the fiery background. This 2011 Boom! Kids release also carries a 70 Years of Walt Disney's Comics badge, making it a fine snapshot of a long and beloved tradition.
