Uncle Sam and his young sidekick Buddy attend the opening of a new wax museum in their hometown, where they meet the proprietor Sin Lee—but their visit is cut short when they're called to observe Army war games. What begins as a routine military exercise turns sinister when enemy saboteurs infiltrate the camp, turning the maneuvers into a deadly trap that threatens the lives of American soldiers and leaves Uncle Sam determined to uncover who's behind the treachery. The trail of deception leads Uncle Sam back to the wax museum, where nothing—and no one—is quite what it seems.
