An anthology of humorous comic stories featuring Uncle Milty performing a fake bear act that fools the audience; "The Pitchman," in which a con artist sells a miraculous stain-removing soap to a crowd; "Adventures of Brother Frank," about a lazy worker who dislikes having a regular job; and a story involving Officer Clancy and a series of pranks and chases, including an incident with a woman between parked cars and Jimmy Jones playing tricks on Betty Jean at a club.
