The penultimate issue of Uncanny Valley from Boom! Studios arrives with a quietly unsettling image: an empty drafting table, its lightbox glowing in near-total darkness, an abandoned office chair pulled just away from it — no one home, yet somehow expectant. Dave Wachter's cover art (he also handles interiors as artist, inker, and colorist) wrings real dread from that stillness, making the vacant workspace feel less like an invitation and more like a warning.
