In "White Sheet Willie," Ghost Rider rides into Bison Bend to confront the Tarantula and his gang, who are extorting the townspeople for protection money. When Benjamin Brooks stands up to them, the Night Rider—guided by Carter and aided by a clever lantern-projector trick from Jamie—steps in to defend the town. Written by Gary Friedrich and Dick Ayers, with art by Dick Ayers and inks by Vince Colletta, this 1971 adventure blends frontier grit with supernatural flair. The cover by Harold Johns captures the eerie intensity of the tale.
