Teevy can barely contain his excitement about tomorrow's factory tour of the Winkleville TV manufacturing plant, but a mishap with high-voltage equipment during the visit sends him on a wild, vivid nightmare—one where his bubble gum somehow becomes a working television set, turning him into an unlikely threat to the entire TV industry. When he wakes up, he's ready to give up the gum for good, though his father suspects there's more to the story than a simple bad dream.

When José Gringo, the TV Latin lover, rolls into town, the local girls form a fan club to shower him with attention—leaving Ozzie and the gang out in the cold. Desperate to break up the fan club, the boys devise a scheme involving José's sister Carmen, only to watch their plan spectacularly backfire when the girls learn the truth. With egos bruised and schemes in tatters, Ozzie makes one last-ditch effort to win back the girls' favor, but finds himself tangled up in complications he never saw coming.

Ozzie Turner decides to prove his nerve by competing on "Quiz Whiz," a radio program where contestants who flub their answers must face wild consequences—in his case, climbing the treacherous Crag's Peak. With his reluctant friend Dip in tow, Ozzie tackles the mountain and stumbles upon an unexpected treasure that changes everything, only to discover that winning the quiz show's grand prize comes with its own hilarious complications.
