When Aunt Sophie sends her a diary for writing her "love secrets", she gets frustrated because she doesn't even have a boyfriend to write about. She attempts to throw the diary into the waste basket, but it bounces through the window and hits Jack on the head. She eventually marries Jack and finds other uses for the diary, but none of them involve writing anything in it.
