Mandy is a library assistant and her boyfriend is a reporter on a daily paper. He is planning to have a special date on the one year anniversary of asking her out, but he is called away to work on a special story. On Mandy's day to visit the local hospital with the mobile library, she meets Anton who had been in a car accident while visiting England. With Terry away working on his story, Mandy finds herself thinking about Anton. Little does she know that Anton is the smuggling king-pin that Terry is investigating.
