Stuart can no longer work on the Physics Club's model rockets because basketball is taking up all his time. The coach wants the team to feed Flagpole the ball so that he can make the shot. The other players are unhappy and they start to shun him. Flagpole accidentally elbows an opposing player in the head. The other players think it was deliberate, so they stomp on his feet and pull his raccoon cap off. His teammates come to his rescue and a fight breaks out on both sides. Fr. Carroll stops the game and concedes the loss. The other coach felt equal to blame and won't accept their loss.
