Spider Jerusalem and his two assistants sit at a sidewalk café table with coffee cups in hand, projecting an almost eerie calm while the city erupts in mayhem all around them — bodies flying, explosions blazing, and a billboard advertising "the Smut King" looming overhead. It's a perfectly distilled image of the series: chaos is the City's natural weather, and these three are long past flinching.
