In "Cirkel van haat," Fortress Maximus leads a group of Autobots—Chromedome, Hardhead, Highbrow, and Brainstorm—to the planet Nebulos, seeking peace amid growing distrust from the local population. In "De Headmasters," Lord Zarak manipulates the people of Nebulos to turn on the Autobots, then secretly allies with the Decepticons by revealing Nebulos’s coordinates. When the Decepticons descend to conquer the planet, the Autobots' absence leaves the Nebulans defenseless—until five of them undergo a transformation, bonding with Autobot heads to become powerful new warriors.

In "De val," the Decepticon Terrorbots launch a brutal assault on a Nebulan city, only to be met by the heroic Technobots. When the Terrorbots combine into the colossal Abominus, the Technobots answer with their own fusion into the mighty Computron, turning the tide in a spectacular clash. But the Decepticons soon adapt, harnessing Headmaster technology to transform Lord Zarak and five allies into powerful new warriors—ushering in a new phase of conflict between Autobot and Decepticon Headmasters, where loyalty and strategy are tested in the heat of battle.

In "De burgeroorlog," the Autobots and their Nebulan allies unleash a radical new weapon: six Nebulans bio-engineered into transforming weapons, bonded to six Autobots as the Targetmasters. When the Decepticons and their Nebulan allies replicate the technology, a brutal conflict erupts—leaving Nebulos shattered. With their home destroyed, the Autobots and their allies make a desperate move, fleeing to Earth in hopes of luring the Decepticons into a new battleground.
