Cobra Commander, Starscream, Spirit Iron-Knife, Freedom, and Hot Rod attempt to rule Canada. They decide it's too hard and try to sell it to the United Kingdom. The others pursue them on a road trip across the country. When they get there, Cobra Commander convinces them all to get along. Hot Rod accidentally kills Optimus, and they get sent over Niagara Falls in a barrel.
