“The Bodyguard”

In "The Bodyguard," Jerry and Tuffy find themselves unexpectedly cast in a starring role when they don the costumes of Ginny’s broken elf-puppets to help her put on her school play for charity. As the tiny mice make their way through town, their performance sparks a wave of excitement—and mistaken belief—that they’re real elves with a secret treasure map. Art by Hy Eisman, with cover by John Costanza, this 1974 Western Comics classic captures a whimsical adventure full of charm and mistaken identity.
