Titans #129
In "Arrêt sur image," the Fallen Angels land on Ariel’s home world—a dazzling, stagnant entertainment planet where mutation is unheard of—only to find their powers spiraling out of control again. As the team undergoes flashy makeovers and a brief escape from tension, the mysterious Madrox dupe reveals the Cerebro unit has targeted Chance, leading them into a trap orchestrated by Ariel and Chance themselves. With Unipar seizing control to study their mutations, even the betrayers are caught in the web. Written by Mary Jo Duffy and illustrated by Kerry Gammill, with inks by Tom Palmer and colors by Petra Scotese, this 1989 issue features a striking cover by Ciro Tota.

The Fallen Angels arrive on Ariel's home world, a gaudy entertainment based world where society has stagnated and mutation is all but unknown. After the members of the team get makeovers and let off a little steam, their powers once again erupt uncontrollably and the independent Madrox dupe tells them that the Cerebro unit is pointing to Chance as the probable culprit. They find that Ariel and Chance have lured them into a trap. Unipar takes the team into custody so he can experiment on them and find out the secret of mutation. Ariel and Chance find themselves betrayed and imprisoned as well.
