Charlton's lovable little specter is at it again in this July 1962 issue, with cover art by Jon D'Agostino showing Timmy rising cheerfully out of the water between two very startled fishermen — one in a rowboat, one on a dock — while a wide-eyed fish goes sailing through the air. It's a perfectly charming snapshot of the gentle, good-natured chaos that made Timmy such an endearing figure in humor comics of the era.
