This anthology issue contains multiple stories featuring animal and anthropomorphic characters in comedic situations. "Muggsy Mouse" follows a mouse who forgets his cold and sneaks into a movie studio to steal cheese, leading to chaotic encounters with a cat and resulting in a massive pile of cheese. "Pete Pixie" depicts a tiny magical character who uses enchanted words to summon the Mighty Atom to battle beetles and help characters in a miniature world. A third story features Goofus the cat and other characters in a construction mishap where a concrete mixer malfunctions during a city construction project, causing chaos when cement is accidentally poured into water pipes that feed a pump house, setting the building on fire.
