Thunderbolt faces his most dangerous adversary yet when Princess Evila, the hooded sorceress of the Nile, returns to threaten the civilized world with her ancient witchcraft. Professor Karl discovers an ancient Egyptian scroll containing the secret of Princess Evila's immortality—a life-restoring serum preserved in an amulet—but she uses mind control to seize it for herself. As Princess Evila's consciousness inhabits a mummified form and begins to take physical shape, Thunderbolt must confront the reborn sorceress before her power becomes absolute. The hooded one commands Thunderbolt to surrender, warning him that four of his allies have already fallen and only he remains to challenge her.
