This anthology issue features the Commando Cubs in action against enemy forces, along with a complete Doc Strange adventure. In one story, American soldiers battle German troops and traitors, ultimately rounding up enemy combatants and discovering plans involving a whispering plane hidden in the harbor. Doc Strange confronts a wizard claiming to represent Satan who threatens civilization with dark magic; aided by angelic forces representing good, Doc triumphs over the evil sorcerer and his red demonic creatures in a supernatural battle in the clouds.
