The New 52 kicks off a wild cosmic hunt with Threshold #1, featuring Howard Porter's cover packed with alien hunters closing in from every angle — weapons raised, claws ready — on Caul, a renegade Green Lantern whose glowing ring marks him as the target, alongside his blue-haired partner Stealth. The tagline says it all: one renegade Green Lantern is a whole planet's prey, and the sheer variety of dangerous-looking pursuers surrounding the duo makes that threat feel very real. Written by Keith Giffen with art by Tom Raney, this 2013 series also bundles in a Larfleeze solo adventure, making it a generous double-feature for fans of DC's far reaches of space.
