From James Tynion IV, Michael Dialynas, and Josan Gonzalez, this eleventh issue of BOOM! Studios' The Woods delivers a cover that captures the series' eerie blend of teen survival and alien wonder. A group of students armed with spiked bats and blades stand their ground outside what appears to be their school building, while above them a luminous, winged creature with a vivid pink crest descends from a glowing, otherworldly sky framed by gnarled dark branches. It's a striking image — young people facing something far beyond ordinary, rendered in Dialynas's moody purples and Gonzalez's radiant yellows and teals.
