Tim Ferris designs speed-enhancing "Fastball" leg braces and Terry Roberts creates cybernetic "Think Tank" headgear from M.A.X. technology. Spitfire breaks into Krotze International, where she escapes with information about the company. In the process she accidentally shoots Major Benton, Krotze's Defense Department liaison, in the shoulder. The Club sends international terrorist, Arun Bahkti, aka Steel Hawk, to deal with the situation.
