Part four of "All Hail Optimus" arrives with a cover by Andrew Griffith that immediately sets an unsettling tone — a massive, grinning Cybertronian face with glowing red eyes looms over a lone human figure surrounded by cascading streams of binary code. The juxtaposition of that enormous mechanical smile against one vulnerable person dwarfed by giant mechanical hands makes for a genuinely striking image. With John Barber writing and Priscilla Tramontano on interior art, this 2016 IDW series continues to find fresh tension at the intersection of Autobot politics and human stakes.
