A Welsh bridge steeped in the violent history of highway robbery becomes the stage for a supernatural reckoning when a ghostly figure emerges from the storm to confront a highwayman on that fateful night. As the two struggle in the sleet and snow, the bridge itself succumbs to the tempest—leaving only questions about which antagonist fell to the waters below. Even now, locals claim to glimpse two misty figures locked in eternal combat among the ruins whenever dark storms roll in.
In "Death Has Deep Roots," a ruthless gang of criminals meets a grim fate after murdering an old man for his hidden fortune. As the man dies, he curses them with a final, chilling breath—setting off a chain of horrifying deaths that unfold with eerie inevitability.
