The Stand: Hardcases #2

Stephen King's post-apocalyptic epic continues in this second chapter of Hardcases, Marvel's adaptation scripted by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa with art by Mike Perkins and colors by Laura Martin. Tomm Coker's cover sets a brooding, sun-drenched tone — a sunglasses-wearing man in a plaid jacket and red pendant necklace dominates the foreground against palm trees and a high-rise skyline, while two wary figures linger in the shadows behind him, one clutching what appears to be a weapon.
