Titmouse finds himself at the center of a citywide manhunt after claiming he can build a bomb capable of destroying the world—and that he’d have a blast doing it. With the police and the press on his trail, the real danger may not be the bomb, but the chaos of being wanted for something he might not even be able to deliver.
