In "Halloween," Willum joins the D.A.W. in a chaotic chase across the city as they hunt down Hazel during a night of classic Hallowe'en mischief. With Sammy playing detective and the usual mayhem unfolding, the line between pranks and peril blurs—just as everyone seems to be one spark away from a very fiery end.

When a lighthearted joke on a daytime talk show accidentally catapults Ellen Dolan into the mayoral race, her unexpected candidacy throws Mike Polltax into a panic. Determined to stop her, he enlists the Spirit to run a campaign against her—though it’s unclear whether the Spirit is playing along or truly trying to derail her bid.
