The Spectacular Spider-Man #225

This giant-sized 1995 extravaganza from Marvel makes its intentions unmistakably clear: a muscular, green-skinned figure in purple and black — billed right on the cover as the "New Green Goblin" — surges forward amid crackling yellow energy blasts beneath an ominous blood-red sphere, with what appears to be a mechanical glider looming in the foreground.
