The Sensational She-Hulk #14
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeShe-Hulk and Howard the Duck find themselves perched atop an enormous bologna slice adrift in a cosmos full of colorful planets, flying saucers, and cosmic debris — and the cover text cheerfully warns they're "Trapped in the…er…Baloneyverse?" as part one of "The Cosmic Squish Principle." It's a wonderfully absurdist image, with a wide-eyed Howard clutching a cigar and She-Hulk charging forward fists ready, rendered with a mix of wit and energy courtesy of cover pencils by Brian Bolland and Mark Texeira, inked by Harry Candelario. Marvel's most irreverent title was in fine form in 1990, and this issue makes a strong case for just how much fun comics can be when they refuse to take themselves too seriously.
